The Run DMC Media Team

Composed of myself, Derek Tilt, and Carson Klubnick, the leadership of YMCA Camp Harrison in Boomer, North Carolina lovingly gave us the nickname “Run DMC” because of the similarity in our initials.

I was the videographer and editor of the group, filming and editing 6-9 minute videos every week for the campers to watch at closing campfire. I awarded Media Team MVP at the end of the Summer 2024 season in recognition for my hard work and dedication to making each campers’ experience memorable.

This was a wonderful experience and I took many valuable skills with me as the Run DMC media team bid farewell and drove back home to Austin at the end of the season.
