Stemming from the brain of an 8 year old Mickey, college age Mickey revamps the comic strip into a short animated film!
Smart Snake, Dumb Snake tells the story of- you guessed it- a Smart Snake and a Dumb Snake as they embark on a mission to obtain the White Jumper, a coveted piece of snake fashion, from inside a human dwelling.
